What is OSHA 20?

The OSHA-20 course is for students who have already taken OSHA-10 but would like to receive the remaining 20 hours for an OSHA-30 card. Students on completion of this course shall receive Letter of Completion which can be temporarily used at all job sites until the Official OSHA card is received. Students MUST attend all 20 hours in order to receive a Letter of Completion or final OSHA card.

This is the remaining 20 hours of the OSHA-30 Course for participants who already took OSHA-10. Students must attend all scheduled hours in order to receive a Letter of Completion and Final OSHA-30 card.

The 10-hour program is intended to provide a variety of training in Construction Safety and Health to entry level workers, therefore, the emphasize is on hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, not OSHA standards.

The 30-hour program is designed for BOTH construction workers, foremen, Supervisors, Superintendents, company Owners, and those who manage Safety. OSHA-30 covers numerous topics covered by construction Standard 29 CFR 1926, including, 16 hrs. of mandatory topics and 14 hours of topics chosen from a list provided by OSHA. 23 sections, each either one or two hours in length, covering topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926 must be reviewed.
